In April 2024, Xinyue appeared at TUBE&WIRE EXHIBITION in DUSSELDORF, Germany. During the exhibition, with its own product advantages and professional services, Xinyue attracted the attention of many European high-quality EPC customers, received a large number of enquiries, and conducted in-depth interview exchanges with a number of enterprises. The Italian client of this cooperation was connected at the exhibition. After understanding the customer’s demand for water pipeline project, Xinyue quickly organized a professional team to introduce the company’s seamless pipe products and advanced hot dip galvanizing process to the customer in detail, and the customer showed strong interest in this and immediately issued an inquiry.
The customer then arranged for a third-party agency to conduct a factory inspection of Xinyue. Xinyue attaches great importance to, quality inspection department, production department and business department closely cooperate, in strict accordance with the standards of factory inspection to efficiently promote the work, only in one day to successfully complete the factory inspection process, and three days later received the customer issued a factory inspection report. After two rounds of rigorous price negotiations, Xinyue won customer recognition with reasonable quotation, quality products and perfect service plan, and successfully obtained orders. Although the order involves a variety of seamless pipe specifications, complex processing technology, including hot dip galvanizing, ISO 7/1 standard thread and spray red paint and other processes, Xinyue departments work together to strictly control the production process, and methodically complete the production and processing tasks of products within the delivery period stipulated in the contract. After the strict inspection of the third party, the quality of the whole batch of products meets the standard, and the delivery is achieved on schedule.
Through this successful cooperation, customers’ trust in Xinyue has been greatly improved. In March 2025, the customer made a special trip to visit Xinyue to further deepen the understanding and cooperation intention of the two sides.
