Xinyue has been working with our Thai client for many years, mainly supplying seamless boiler tubes. This April, the client placed their first finned tube order with us — a clear sign of trust built over years of cooperation.
As this was a new product for the client, they arranged a third-party inspection team to monitor the entire production process — from raw material entry, manufacturing, and testing, all the way to shipment. Our QA team, factory director, and third-party inspectors worked closely on-site. Any issue, no matter how small, was discussed and resolved immediately — demonstrating our commitment to quality at every level.
To ensure a smooth process, our company held multiple pre-production meetings, where the QA system proactively assessed potential risks and laid out contingency plans. This proactive approach gave the client full confidence, even though it was their first time ordering this product from us.
