Recently, Xinyue successfully completed the supply order of steel pipes for a key energy project in North Africa. The end user of this project is a state-owned oil company with significant influence in the local industry, which has set strict requirements for product quality, technical standards and delivery cycle. The products need to meet the API5L PSL2 X42N standard and multiple special technical specifications.
During the order execution stage, we strictly controlled the quality at all stages of the process, from raw material inspection upon arrival at the factory, production process monitoring, to final inspection of finished products and review of all technical documents, ensuring that the products fully met the project standards. We also fully cooperated with the customer’s inspection throughout the process and simultaneously issued the international standard EN 10204 3.2 inspection certificate, providing double guarantees for product quality.
During the production period, it coincided with the holiday. The team scientifically planned the production schedule and optimized the supply chain allocation, completing all production tasks in advance to fully ensure the project delivery cycle. This successful fulfillment once again confirmed Xinyue’s strong execution capabilities.
