Recently, Xinyue reached its first order of 265 tons of steel pipes with a new partner in Kazakhstan, and the products will be used in local bidding projects. During this period, Xinyue has been in close contact with its clients, promptly answering their questions, sharing market trends, and holding three video conferences to discuss order details, optimize plans, and provide comprehensive technical support.
During the project execution, due to the tight schedule, the client urgently needed to put some pipe materials into use. Xinyue promptly adjusted its production schedule and efficiently completed the production and shipment of the first batch of pipes in just three weeks. It ultimately fulfilled the order ahead of schedule within the overall delivery cycle, significantly reducing the waiting time for the customer.
It is worth highlighting that in the month following the first shipment, the client participated in another major local project of 9,000 tons and traveled to China for on-site factory inspection. The Xinyue team dedicated full efforts to seamlessly coordinating all tasks within 72 hours, successfully fulfilling the inspection requirements and once again demonstrating professionalism and commitment.
