Customers often ask, “Can Xinyue surely produce 45 meters of steel pipes? The factory is neither near the sea nor near the river. In this condition, can we really ensure that there is no problem with the internal transportation?” The answer is double affirmation. Xinyue has been committed to the export of long piles for 10 years, with the logistics department which has rich operation experience as the backing support.
In addition, according to the requirements of the project, the splash zone needs to carry out the external anti-corrosion processing of Interzone 954 in accordance with the standard of ISO12944 C5M, which is a big test for Tianjin, which has been greatly cooled since November. It is necessary to ensure the quality of anti-corrosion and the timely delivery of products, but no matter what problems, we will solve them one by one at Xinyue. We have built a thermostatic processing workshop for this project, so as to ensure the sound curing of the paint surface and promote the project as scheduled.
With the strong cooperation of the various teams of Xinyue, at present, all the products of the project have passed the inspection of the third party and have successfully set sail to the port of Ecuador, which adds a new highlight to the development of Xinyue’s long-pile export.
