In February, we received an enquiry on Alibaba from an Australian customer. At the beginning, the customer only asked whether we can do the steel standard AS / NZS 1163, C350L0 erw steel pipe without specific quantity .Xinyue steel have supplied ERW and SSAW steel pipe for many projects in Australia with rich experience. In order to make customer trust, we provided our shipping records with the Australian cooperation customer’s satisfaction survey to this client. The customer stop the purchase because of the virus outbreak. In April, the customer contacted us again, and gave specifications, quantity and technical processing requirements.
This time the customer needs to process the straight pipe into a bent pipe. For the straight pipe, the customer has put forward specific details on the chemical composition, impact and test, and the bending process, angle, necking, sand blasting, packaging, and transportation of the bent pipe.After confirming with our technical department, our team sure all production can meet the customer’s requirements .our team pay high attention of this order, also suggest the customer send their company’s technical staff to visit our mill after we submitting all the technical documents. Their inspector focus on witnessing our production processes, laboratories and capacity. In mid-April, customers said that they were very satisfied with our evaluation and have successfully become one of their suppliers, also asked Xinyue prepare the contract to start the trial order.
