In order to meet customer needs, Xinyue Steel immediately contacted with the production department to prepare raw materials in advance, arrange the machining process and according to customer requirements to contact with our air freight forwarder, reserving good shipping space in advance.
Since the Spring Festival was approaching, the production capacity and air freight space were all very tight. In order to help the customers catch up with the delivery date, the workers of the production department worked overtime and postponed the holiday. The freight forwarder also tried their best to cooperate until the first batch of air cargo was successfully shipped by the end of Dec.
