Cette commande concerne toujours des poutres en H creuses et des tubes soudés fournis à des clients réguliers au Vietnam.. Ce client coopère avec Xinyue depuis 4 years and has not had any quality issues to date. After years of cooperation, the customer’s recognition of Xinyue brand’s steel products is extremely high. So the continuous orders over the years not only stem from customers’ recognition of quality, but also from the service awareness of Xinyue’s excellent business. Xinyue service always runs through the entire process of order execution.
The order quantity this time is not large, only around 100 tonnes, but the customer stated that the delivery time is quite urgent and it is a material that needs to be urgently purchased in the project. Based on this situation, we searched all the inventory warehouses for the customer, found all the materials, and finally provided the inventory solution to the customer. The customer was very satisfied with our inventory plan as soon as they received it. On the same day, they gave the PO and arranged for LC payment. On the third day, we received the customer’s LC copy.
