Today I would like to introduce to you a regular customer from UAE, who is a local trader and has two processing plants. The customer has been purchasing galvanized coils from Xinyue for four consecutive years since 2019 for a local hotel project, which are used together with the aluminum coils and aluminum plates that the customer has been purchasing from our company for the past two years.
The inquiry for this order was sent on 10 June, even the products are similar to the previous order, but we provided the price of thick at 1.35mm and 1.5mm for customer’s reference in the first time as per customer’s inquiry. The wall thickness control and delivery date are strictly in accordance with the customer’s requirements. After a short discussion, the two sides quickly reached an agreement due to the tacit understanding of cooperation for many years, the client chose to place the order with Xinyue even though our price was 3.6% higher than that of our competitor. We received the customer’s PO on June 16 and arranged the advance payment the next day. At present, all products are in production and are expected to be completed and shipped to the destination port by the end of July, so as to catch up with the customer’s delivery date and not delay the project.
