This led many other Chinese suppliers to refuse to provide quotations to the client. However, Xinyue has always adhered to the principle of serving customers and actively completed every quotation, maintaining good communication with the client. In 2022, the market situation changed, and Xinyue became the client’s preferred partner, leading to comprehensive cooperation between the two parties.
