At the beginning of November, Xinyue received an urgent inventory inquiry from an old Vietnamese customer. The customer said that during the construction process, after evaluation by technicians, several specifications of boiler tubes and steel plates were missing. Due to the smooth cooperation in the past few times, the customer found Xinyue at the first time and explained the situation they are currently facing. After receiving the customer’s email, Xinyue immediately checked with the inventory department. We found that Xinyue had stocks for the specifications required by the customer, so we gave feedback to the customer in time. After receiving the email from Xinyue, the customer expressed his happiness, and after confirming the necessary specifications, he asked Xinyue to provide a draft contract.
After the contract was confirmed, Xinyue started to prepare the goods at random. Since it is in stock, all the goods have been prepared for one week and have been sent to Vietnam.
