en este julio, Después de recibir el pedido confirmado por el cliente, our company urgently purchased raw materials and coordinated the welding team in advance in order to meet the delivery date of the customer. Después 60 days of efficient steel pipe production clutches welding and successful third-party inspection, the first batch of finished steel pipes were finally successfully delivered to Tianjin Port.
Ha pasado más de un año desde la primera consulta hasta el pedido final para este proyecto.. Debido a la especificación única y la gran cantidad, the competition has been very fierce since the initial quotation. Además, la cerradura de este pedido no es el embrague C9 común, pero la T + L type clutches which needs special welding and customization. But for Xinyue steel group, SSAW steel pipe is our most competitive main product, and we has rich experience in welding clutches, we submitted the customer a very attractive solution all the time.
For the clutch welding, we carried out 180 degree vertical positioning in advance and half arc measurement to recheck the horizontal symmetric position of clutches. During welding process, in order to reduce the influence on the straightness of clutches by welding high temperature, such as deformation and bending, we carried out pre spot welding positioning, and made the triangle plate vertical fixture every 2 meters to ensure the straightness of the clutches. The welding work of these clutches requires patience & careful. Sin embargo, the delivery date and shipping date of the customer were very advanced. Under the premise of not affecting the welding quality, under the control of the epidemic and the restrictions of the site, the indoor welding plant was changed for three times. At most, 6 production lines were proceed at the same time, at the end all the welding work was completed before the scheduled time.
We also met many problems during the transportation from mill to Tianjin port. Cangzhou and Tianjin were under partial lockdown at different times due to the worsening of the epidemic. Xinyue Logistics Department made every effort to coordinate with two logistics team in Cangzhou and Tianjin, and delivered the goods in a closed-loop mode where the drivers did not get off from the truck. The workers in the workshop also fully cooperated under the premise of protecting their own safety and worked overtime to coordinate the loading. In such tough time, we finally completed the delivery on time, and successfully catch the shipment.
