This order comes from a local contractor in the Philippines. The elbow is used for the construction project of the viaduct. The customer contracts the design and construction by himself, and the elbow is used for connection with steel pipes. The whole project required 188 elbows. The customer provided 70 drawings in 4 times, and revised the drawings 4 times in the middle. After receiving the drawings each time, Xinyue people carefully checked the drawing data and gave timely feedback to the customer based on the suggestions of the technical department. After the elbow is produced, in order to provide customers with high-quality products, the quality inspection department will work overtime for a period of 3 days to ensure that the outer diameter, wall thickness, degree, and marking meet the requirements of the customer’s drawings and ensure that qualified products leave the factory.
