Le client est un fabricant de machines locales d'Inde, Et c'est la première fois à coopérer avec Xinyue. Fin juin, we received the first inquiry of seamless duplex stainless steel from the customer, we provided two options of sea and land transportation as per customer’s request.
Fin août, the customer told us that they win the order from end-user, but due to the long delivery time of Xinyue, the customer planned to look for ex-stock in local. Xinyue did not give up. With a small diameter and thin wall thickness, we must ensure the quality of our products, not only delivery time.After repeatedly communicating with the customer, the customer finally accepted to use the welded pipe process to produce the order, which reduced the delivery time to 45 days and saved the cost.
À présent, the order is on production and will be shipped after the National Day. We expect the finished product to give a satisfactory answer to the customer and Xinyue.
