Since our partnership in 2022, Xinyue collaboration with a renowned domestic shipyard has now reached its 7th order. Each order carries the responsibility for maritime safety, and every delivery represents a challenge to technical excellence.
Shipbuilding materials concern lives and navigation safety. The client’s stringent technical requirements have long become our standard practice—all products must comply with ship classification society certification standards. Every steel pipe and every fitting must withstand the most rigorous inspections.
This Order Seamless steel pipes and fittings, materials A106 GRADE B and A105. Unlike previous order, the client did not arrange for third-party inspection this time.
But we knew standards must not be lowered, and responsibility must not be compromised.
We proactively engaged an authoritative third-party institution to conduct double inspection and re-verification before shipment. We believe that true quality withstands scrutiny from any angle, and genuine safety is built upon multiple layers of assurance.
From chemical composition to mechanical properties, from dimensional accuracy to surface quality, the third-party expert team conducted a comprehensive review of the goods ready for shipment, referencing ship classification society standards. Only when both inspection reports consistently confirmed “pass” did we confidently release the materials for logistics.
Because Xinyue understands deeply: what we provide is not just products but a critical link in the shipbuilding supply chain. A ship sails thousands of miles on the foundation of its materials; safe voyages depend on the baseline of quality.
