Расположение проекта, Xinyue successfully completed the supply of core products for the Central American submarine pipeline construction project, earning the trust of international customers with its professional technology and full-process services. The ordered products were concrete weight coating pipes, which were applied in the submarine high-pressure fluid transmission system. The technical complexity of this project posed extremely high requirements for the production process.

With rich experience in the international engineering field and the powerful display on social media platforms, Xinyue received an inquiry from the customer at the end of 2024. The product needed to have a 3PE anti-corrosion coating and a concrete weight coating applied successively on the outside of the seamless pipe. The seamless pipe needed to carry high-pressure fluid transmission, the 3PE anti-corrosion layer had to resist the complex erosion environment of the seabed, and the outermost concrete layer not only needed to balance the buoyancy of the seabed through its weight but also had to have the ability to resist mechanical impact to ensure the long-term stable operation of the pipeline system.

Facing the impact of low temperatures in northern winters on the production and curing of concrete, the Xinyue team provided two options: the Tianjin factory (production to be carried out after the temperature warms up, with low transportation costs) and the southern factory (with suitable temperatures but high transportation costs). Eventually, the customer chose the Tianjin factory option. During the project execution, all departments of Xinyue worked in coordination to precisely implement the technical requirements in each production stage: strictly controlling the quality and bonding strength of the three materials, and implementing full-process control from raw material procurement to workshop transfer; the quality control team continuously monitored the curing stage of the concrete weight coating layer for 28 days until the test block strength met the standards; simultaneously providing tracking image data for each process to cooperate with the customer’s on-site finished product inspection, and the final products were successfully accepted.
