Recently, Xinyue Steel once again collaborated with its long-term strategic partner in Africa and successfully delivered a high-end mineral inner lining pipeline project. With ultra-standard craftsmanship and meticulous quality control, it has provided a solid foundation for the infrastructure construction of African mines.
The inner lining pipes signed for this time will be put into use in the fluid transportation project of African mines, serving as a key supporting component for the mining operation. The mining conditions are highly demanding with heavy loads and severe wear. The customer has set strict indicators for the material of the pipe lining, welding process, production and testing standards.
The project started in February 2025 and went through eight months of scheme discussion, qualification review and multiple rounds of selection comparison. The customer finally chose Xinyue for supply, once again confirming the enterprise’s outstanding product and technical capabilities.
The ordered products are prefabricated welded pipes for mines, with matching flange welding structures. The inner lining is made of imported Linatex rubber, which is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, and can adapt to the complex water transmission conditions in mining areas. The production threshold for this pipe material is extremely strict. The entire production process adheres to customized high standards, with the precision requirements for welding, flange assembly, and inner lining adhesion far exceeding the conventional level. Moreover, the inner lining rubber is an exclusive imported raw material, and the raw material control and processing barriers are prominent.
In response to the various difficulties of the project, Xinyue has established a special working group, detailed the production processes, optimized the processes, and strictly controlled the entire process from raw material acceptance, precise welding, inner lining curing, and size verification. They successfully overcame all production difficulties and the products meet the usage standards for high-end mining projects.
During the entire production cycle, Xinyue Steel has established a full-process closed-loop quality control system, covering multiple core aspects such as raw material entry inspection, welding quality flaw detection, lining process verification, finished product size calibration, and comprehensive document review.
All product and process inspection results have 100% met the standards and requirements. There are no quality defects or process deviations. We have delivered on our commitment to strict quality control to earn the trust of our customers. In February 2026, the entire batch of high-standard pipeline products was successfully loaded onto containers and dispatched, successfully reaching the project site in Africa.
