Recently, Xinyue Steel has successfully completed the full delivery for a seamless pipe and matching pipe fittings project exported to Singapore- the customer initially planned to purchase seamless pipes only, but ultimately entrusted XinYue Steel with the complete supply of both pipes and fittings as an integrated package. At the project’s early stage, our sales team leveraged experience from similar Southeast Asian projects, analyzed the on-site construction requirements, and showcased XinYue Steel’s manufacturing and delivery capabilities in ASTM/EN standard carbon steel pipe fittings. We also proactively proposed a “seamless pipe + fittings” bundled pricing solution from the customer’s cost-control and supply-chain simplification perspective, effectively reducing multi-supplier coordination costs. This convinced the customer to hand over the full scope of supply to XinYue Steel.
This batch covers non-standard seamless pipes with OD 177.8–406.4mm, wall thickness 12.7–16mm, along with matching pipe fittings and flanges. All materials strictly comply with A106 Gr.B, ASTM A234 WPB, and EN10025-2 S235JR standards. With full-process quality control from raw material intake to finished product shipment, all goods passed project acceptance testing on the first attempt with every indicator fully compliant. The project has now been successfully delivered, and based on this efficient collaboration, the customer has proactively initiated discussions for new projects — expanding the long-term partnership.
