En abril 2025, Tianjin Xinyue envió con éxito un lote de arco sumergido en espiral soldado (SSAW) Pipes de acero para un proyecto municipal de agua potable en América del Norte. Estas tuberías, dimensionamiento OD219–762 mm, están hechos de Q235B de conformidad con GB/T 3091, with both internal and external epoxy coating certified to WRAS standards, ensuring water safety for end users.
SSAW pipe is one of Xinyue’s core product lines, supported by multiple advanced production lines and an annual capacity of 450,000 montones. Our pipes are widely used in municipal water supply, petróleo & gas, sewage systems, and marine construction projects.
The dual epoxy coating used in this project meets WRAS standards, effectively preventing corrosion and bacterial growth, ensuring long-term water safety.
Xinyue applies comprehensive quality control from raw material to final inspection, covering:Dimensional check，Examen HIDROSTATICO，Adhesion test，Coating thickness check，Holiday (spark) test.All products are subject to final third-party inspection before shipment, ensuring defect-free delivery.
