Five years can bring about many changes, but it can also make a trust last even stronger.
Five years ago, we had a cooperation with a regular customer from Vietnam. Five years later, fate brought us together again, we resumed our cooperation. And this time the product was square tube, featuring various materials such as SS490, A36, A500 GR A, etc.. The order quantity was even three times higher than the previous one. The increase in quantity is a direct reflection of the customers’ recognition of our products and services; more importantly, this trust is continuously deepening.
In late June of 2026, Acero Xinyue team made a special trip to the client’s company for a visit. A face-to-face interaction brought the distance between the two parties closer, and also enabled the client to have a deeper understanding of Xinyue Steel’s products, services, and team. Through sincere communication and on-site exchanges, the client’s trust in Xinyue Steel significantly increased, and the cooperation stickiness was stronger than before.
From a collaboration five years ago to another partnership five years later; from a three-fold increase in order quantity to a further deepening of trust, we are more convinced that: truly long-term cooperation is not just a single transaction, but rather a series of achievements in winning customer recognition through products and services.
