In 2025, Tianjin XinYue Steel Group once again supplied replacement valves for an African oil platform, continuing its in-depth cooperation with a long-term client.
At the initial stage of this project, the client only provided a textual description of the products, with no original drawings available. Faced with this challenge, XINYUE technical team leveraged their professional expertise to develop a precise quotation based on the client’s product description, and produced complete, standardized technical drawings. The drawings were submitted to the end-user for review and approved in a single pass, laying a solid foundation for the smooth execution of the order.
After drawing confirmation, XINYUE strictly controlled every production process to ensure that the products complied with API and ASTM international standards. For the finished product inspection, the internationally renowned third-party inspection agency SGS was engaged for full-process supervision. All test items passed in a single round, and the SGS inspection report was successfully obtained.
Finally, these high-quality valves were shipped on time and are expected to arrive at the destination port in September 2025. From professional quotation and technical support to SGS-certified quality inspection, XINYUE once again earned the client’s trust through professionalism and quality, continuing to contribute “XINYUE Power” to Africa’s energy infrastructure development.
