This order is the second and third order of this year. This batch of orders includes carbon steel pipes, stainless steel pipes and pipe fittings. The specifications are quite disordered. In order to ensure the smooth operation of the order, Xinyue held a kick off meeting before production to ensure that each specification and size are fully implemented in accordance with the customer’s contract.
The customer has not arranged a third party inspection for this order. However, in order to ensure that the quality is fully in accordance with the customer’s requirements, Xinyue not only has the inspectors of the quality inspection department inspect each specification and dimension, but also has a third party to inspect it. Each specification and dimension is inspected in strict accordance with the customer’s technical requirements. Xinyue hopes that every customer can receive satisfactory and qualified products and hopes to cooperate for a long time.
According to the original plan, Xinyue ordered the cabinets in the middle of August, but the customer was anxious for the goods, so let’s try to shorten the time to the destination port. In order to meet the customer’s requirements, Xinyue integrated logistics resources to find the cabinets with a shorter shipping period in Shanghai, canceled the booking in Tianjin in time, and shipped them to Shanghai instead. The customer is very satisfied with the cooperation ability of Xinyue and looks forward to more cooperation with the customer in the future.
